I was involved in a collision that damaged the right side of my 2011 Silverado. I took it to the responsible party's insurance- approved companies, where they told me that the repair that they were going to do would look worse than it looked prior to the collision because they were not going to paint the entire damaged side, just blend it in. My truck is not new, but well cared for. I spoke with one of my neighbors, who had his entire truck painted at Prestige, and he referred me to Ulysses, one of the managers at Prestige. He assured me that no way was he only going to fade in the paint, he would paint the entire side so it looked right. He took my truck and started the process of dealing with the insurance company. After a few days, the insurance company contacted me with their repair estimate, which seemed fair, the entire side would be painted. Ulysses contacted me with an estimate to paint the rest of the truck. It was a fair price and I accepted the proposal. He told me to "relax, I got this." Not only did he repair and repaint the entire truck, all the trim and door windows were removed so the paint would be complete in all areas. They refinished the headlights and

Great experience with Prestige Collision to have bodywork and repairs completed that I had put off for a long time. In short, Uly and the guys at Prestige were patient in listening to my needs for my vehicle and specific services requested. They were clear on timeline and cost. And flexible when I opted for additional work mid-project expanding the scope of the original work order. The team there did a great job and I’m very happy with the results. Finding a shop that does good work at a fair price has been extremely difficult the last few years. The guys at Prestige are the exception and do great work at a very fair price. The longer story: Nearly two years ago I was rear-ended in traffic in my 1997 4Runner. There was body damage to the rear cargo area floorboards, the rear hatch door, and the rear bumper. The impact pushed in part of the lower rear corner of the vehicle body.
